What is a kolache?
A kolache is a traditional Czech pastry that consists of a soft, slightly sweet dough filled with various ingredients such as sweet items, like fruit and cream cheese, or savory items like sausage and ham. They are often enjoyed as a breakfast treat or snack and are popular in areas with Czech heritage, like parts of Texas and the Midwest.

Circle City Kolache was founded by lifelong friends Brock, Chris and Brant - all true Hoosiers in every sense of the word.
What started as a fun chat about favorite breakfast meals, turned into serious “what ifs” and before they knew it, they had partnered with local pastry chef, Hattie Shoemaker, and were experimenting with kolache flavors.
